Once your sign-up via website, email or by calling the Get Real office, your name will be placed on a list. As time gets closer to the trip (depending on what time of year you sign-up for a trip) you will be contacted by text, call or email to confirm that you want to attend the trip. After that you will receive information regarding a deposit to hold your slot.
A RELEASE & INFORMATION form should be returned with your deposit. (You only need to fill out one per year) See below for link.
A deposit and information sheet holds your slot and gives us necessary information for planning and ordering t-shirts. You will then receive the trip needs list which will give you the opportunity to share your trip with others and let them be a part of helping.
You will receive an email with specific information regarding dress code, items you will need for the trip and important information.
Deposits can be paid online through PayPal, a check or handing it to us.
